Health Tips


For I.T Professionals.

  • Take 10 min. break on every working hours.
  • Do Neck rotation exercise , walk some time, and do Eye rotataion.
  • Sleep 7-8 hours daily at night. (10pm- 6am)., Avoid day sleep.
  • Drink 12 glasses of water daily., Avoid Junk foods (Pizza, Burgers etc ).
  • Reduce meat, use more vegetables in the diet.

 

For Low Back Persons.

  • Avoid long sitting. Use flat seating Arm Chairs. Avoid low lying chairs like Setty , Soffa, Diwans.
  • Avoid long Standing and bending forward.
  • Avoid lifting weight more than 4 Kg.
  • Walk one hour daily.
  • Practice Yoga daily.
